Manage hands-on general accounting operations, including revenue recognition, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, payroll entries, ERP data integrity, internal controls, and historical account cleanup. The role also supports accounting process improvements, automation, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, with potential growth into people management.

Lead R&D strategy and execution for flour-based products and grain ingredients from concept to commercialization. Drive product innovation, formulation, pilot and commercial trials, process optimization, cost reduction, and technical support across manufacturing, quality, sales, and customers. Serve as technical expert in flour milling, cereal chemistry, and baking applications while partnering with operations and supporting customer-facing development and presentations.

Lead R&D strategy and product development for flour-based products and grain ingredients from concept through commercialization. Oversee lab, pilot, and production trials; optimize formulations, blending, yields, shelf life, and costs.
