Leads full-cycle recruitment, targeted sourcing, employer branding, EVP development, candidate experience, and hiring manager enablement. The role also supports Dayforce ATS optimization, recruitment process improvement, careers content, sourcing tools, interview resources, and talent-market research while partnering with leaders across the business.

Lead projects from initiation through completion by defining scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across commercial, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and operations functions. Monitor project performance, costs, milestones, and changes while ensuring regulatory, GMP, safety, and quality compliance. Lead NPE/NPI and process improvement initiatives, support business cases, communicate status to management, and conduct project reviews and lessons learned.
