Partners with managers, employees, and Centers of Excellence to support talent development, succession planning, organizational change, and a positive employee experience.

Serves as the primary People & Culture partner for employees and leaders across multiple sites. Responsibilities include employee lifecycle support, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent processes, engagement activities, leave and accommodation administration, compliance, recognition programs, and process improvement. Partners with People & Culture centers of excellence to deliver consistent solutions and enhance employee and manager experiences.

The Systems Engineer owns the reliability, security, recovery, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure and cloud services. Responsibilities include VMware, Active Directory, SAN, networking, backups, monitoring, incident resolution, infrastructure improvements, automation, migrations, documentation, and technical leadership. The role independently resolves complex cross-platform issues, leads major incidents and changes, collaborates with stakeholders and vendors, and mentors team members.
