Creates and validates test methods, measurement capabilities, and instrumentation solutions; leads equipment selection and implementation; improves reliability and data quality; supports early-stage product development; and trains scientists, engineers, and technicians on routine operations.

Lead category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship and contract management for MRO and CapEx spend. Perform market and financial analysis, implement supplier performance metrics, drive purchase-to-pay and compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead continuous improvement in spend management.
