Manage daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets. Lead and train operators, enforce standard work and safety, analyze metrics, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, SPC and DMAIC.

Perform federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting; support transfer pricing, ASC 740 provisioning, sales/use/property tax filings, tax payments, and tax account reconciliations. Coordinate with external advisors, maintain Vertex indirect tax software, assist family office tax matters, respond to notices, and support ad hoc tax analyses and special projects.

The Quality Training Specialist will facilitate new-hire training, manage re-certification, maintain training records, support improvement activities, and ensure compliance with training standards.
