Provide friendly front-of-house service: pour and prepare drinks to specification, greet and serve customers, make recommendations, assist with food service, maintain a clean, safe and legal bar, and contribute as a team member while developing hospitality skills.

Analyzes web, app, booking, paid media, social, and SEO performance to support data-led digital decisions. Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards and reporting using SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics; identifies trends and optimization opportunities; supports A/B testing; and delivers actionable insights to Digital, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Technology stakeholders while supporting data quality and governance.
