Teams at Greene King

Lead customer-facing marketing for Greene King’s app and loyalty programme. Develop engagement plans, activate campaigns, launch app features and loyalty propositions, optimize customer journeys, and create communications that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, frequency, and customer value. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, CRM, Product, and Loyalty teams, plus strong stakeholder, project management, customer insight, and data interpretation skills.

Partners with leaders across the employee lifecycle, providing guidance on employee relations, performance, absence, wellbeing, disciplinary and grievance matters. Acts as an escalation point for complex cases, coaches managers, uses people data to inform talent and culture priorities, and improves HR processes while ensuring UK employment law compliance.

Leads Greene King’s external and corporate communications strategy, including reactive press office operations, crisis communications, media relations, reputational risk management, and executive communications. Develops communications across business performance, sustainability, employer brand, social mobility, community impact, and charity partnerships. Advises senior leaders, manages external agencies, oversees divisional PR activity, and ensures consistent communications across the business.
