Deliver multiple pub property development and refurbishment projects across the North East, Cumbria and Scotland. Responsibilities include managing programmes, budgets, design briefs, construction costs, value engineering, brand standards, compliance, stakeholder communication and best-practice processes. The role supports financial, customer and operational objectives while maintaining property and asset-management standards across the estate.

Provide friendly, attentive table service in a country-style pub: greet and serve customers, know the menu and recommend dishes, assist bar with drink preparation, maintain front-of-house cleanliness and safety, and deliver excellent customer experiences as part of a team.

Provide friendly front-of-house service including serving drinks and food, pouring drinks to spec, greeting and looking after customers, maintaining a clean, safe and legal bar area, and recommending drinks while supporting the wider team.
