Manage the Accessories category end to end, including category strategy, trade performance, range and product development, private-label and exclusive products, pricing, promotions, supplier negotiations, inventory availability, and budget outcomes. Develop customer-led opportunities, optimize channels and planograms, improve promotional effectiveness and margins, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing category team.

Owns supply chain master data, EDI, and business systems governance while aligning business and IT teams. Leads MDM and ERP implementation, EDI rollout, process improvement, roadmap development, project delivery, change management, stakeholder engagement, end-user training, and post-go-live prioritization. Requires strong supply chain experience, project and systems expertise, stakeholder influence, reporting ability, and agile delivery experience.

Coordinates quality assurance, regulatory compliance, supplier audits, risk assessments, non-conformance investigations, customer incidents, product withdrawals, recalls, and QA reporting for private-label products. Maintains quality protocols, compliance documentation, supplier programs, and incident records while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party agencies. Supports regulatory reporting and communicates quality-related resolutions to customers and senior management.
