Own complex CRM and customer analytics using SQL, segmentation, campaign measurement, reporting automation, and data visualization. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate customer, loyalty, transactional, and engagement data into recommendations that improve retention, growth, targeting, and lifecycle engagement. The role also requires managing test-and-control analysis, presenting compelling insights, and improving analytical processes through automation and knowledge sharing.

Manage end-to-end recruitment of emergency veterinarians across a national hospital network. Build relationships with candidates and hospital leaders, develop sourcing strategies, provide market insights, deliver a responsive candidate experience, and support international candidates with registration, relocation, and migration processes.
