Supports the transition from RxWorks to Vetera across specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals. Reviews clinical workflows, procedures, service codes, billing structures, and system mappings; identifies gaps and standardization opportunities; develops future-state clinical catalogues; validates workflows; supports testing, hospital readiness, education, and adoption; and collaborates with clinicians, operational leaders, and project stakeholders.

Configure and maintain Vetera clinical services, billing structures, bundles, pricing models, and mappings across veterinary hospitals. Translate approved requirements into system builds, document configuration decisions, conduct workflow and invoice testing, resolve issues, and support pilot sites, cutover, and go-live activities. The role also develops reusable templates and standards for future implementations.

Owns supply chain master data, EDI, and business systems governance while aligning business and IT teams. Leads MDM and ERP implementation, EDI rollout, process improvement, roadmap development, project delivery, change management, stakeholder engagement, end-user training, and post-go-live prioritization. Requires strong supply chain experience, project and systems expertise, stakeholder influence, reporting ability, and agile delivery experience.
