Join a New York corporate practice handling private equity, public and private M&A (including SPACs), cross-border, growth equity, venture capital, and distressed/bankruptcy acquisitions. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, coordinating specialist teams, client interaction, and supporting deal execution, closings, and post-closing matters while managing multiple workstreams.

Provide practice-focused knowledge and innovation support to the Funds team: maintain precedents and know-how, leverage legal technology and AI to automate templates, deliver training, perform horizon scanning and market intelligence, support client-facing thought leadership and BD materials, map workflows and identify process improvements, and liaise with senior stakeholders and the Innovation team to implement knowledge strategy.
