Provides high-level litigation support and administrative assistance to multiple attorneys. Responsibilities include scheduling, travel coordination, legal document preparation, court e-filings, case file management, discovery and document review, cite checking, billing support, trial and mediation preparation, and maintaining litigation calendars and materials. The role requires strong knowledge of litigation procedures, attention to detail, judgment, communication skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced appellate environment.

Supports the Government Law and Policy team through legislative and policy research, tracking bills and hearings, preparing memos and communications, coordinating meetings and client events, assisting with advocacy and business development initiatives, and maintaining client relationships and confidentiality. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools. This is a temporary, in-office position in Washington, D.C., with hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
