Lead and coordinate due diligence for commercial land development from site ID through entitlement and pre-construction. Manage consultant scopes, site assessments, utility investigations, regulatory research, risk mitigation, project schedules and budgets, and prepare due diligence reports and executive memoranda for leadership.

Lead and manage electrical engineering design and delivery across commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Oversee project performance, budgets, schedules, QA/QC, code compliance, client relationships, business development, and mentor engineering staff.

Provide administrative and operational HR support including onboarding/offboarding coordination, HRIS data management, benefits and leave tracking, recruitment support, payroll data entry assistance, compliance reporting, and general HR administration to ensure accurate, timely HR processes and a positive employee experience.
