Manage all finance and insurance operations for new and used vehicle sales: present financing and protection products, structure deals, submit credit applications, negotiate with lenders, ensure compliance and accurate contract processing, audit deals, secure timely funding, and partner with sales to meet F&I targets.

Respond to online leads, build rapport via phone/email/text, guide customers through vehicle selection and financing, set showroom appointments, track interactions in CRM, coordinate handoffs with sales team, and maintain knowledge of inventory and promotions to convert digital inquiries into sales.
