Provides individualized and small-group reading instruction for students with autism and emotional support needs. Assesses literacy levels, develops interventions aligned with IEP goals, monitors student progress, and maintains instructional data. Collaborates with teachers, paraeducators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective literacy strategies and create supportive, literacy-rich learning environments.

Provides non-evaluative instructional coaching and curriculum support to special education teaching teams. Responsibilities include professional development, PLC facilitation, curriculum mapping, assessment and progress monitoring, data-driven instructional planning, mentoring new teachers, and supporting evidence-based instruction for students with autism, emotional support needs, and verbal behavior programs.
