Qualify inbound sales leads through call and email campaigns, conduct qualification calls, manage lead pipelines, meet activity and qualified-meeting KPIs, and research accounts and prospects. The role requires developing strong knowledge of Green Street’s financial intelligence products, generating interest, building relationships, and supporting pipeline growth in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

The Senior Accountant manages full-cycle accounting for the Bulgarian entity and other subsidiaries, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement review, audits, tax matters, VAT/GST, and consolidated reporting. The role supports accounting systems implementation, process improvements, expense and invoice controls, cross-functional information gathering, and management reporting. Strong knowledge of Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation, advanced Excel skills, and at least five years of accounting experience are required.

Generates and closes net-new B2B business across infrastructure and energy markets. Responsibilities include self-sourced prospecting, inbound opportunity conversion, high-volume pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, discovery, solution positioning, objection handling, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires quota achievement, sales technology proficiency, financial understanding, adaptability to specialized domains, and three in-person workdays weekly at the New York office.
