The role partners with Marketing and SDR teams, uses AI-powered sales tools and data signals, and builds relationships with decision-makers. It follows a flexible hybrid schedule with three in-person days weekly in Newport Beach.

Conducts equity research focused on REITs and real estate sectors. Responsibilities include building financial models, performing valuations, analyzing financial statements and earnings, researching companies and market forces, drafting research reports, communicating findings, and supporting Senior Analysts. The role also involves engaging with management teams, investors, and market contacts while developing sector expertise and investment recommendations.

Reports on UK and European logistics and data centre commercial property markets by breaking exclusive news, cultivating senior industry contacts, writing analysis and interviews, overseeing weekly bulletins, attending conferences, and collaborating with editorial teams. The role is ideally London-based and requires strong written English, business journalism experience, news-breaking ability, and a willingness to develop real estate expertise.
