Supports plant leaders and employees across assigned facilities through employee relations, workplace investigations, leadership coaching, talent management, workforce development, HR administration, compliance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Maintains HRIS data, coordinates workforce transactions, supports performance management and succession planning, and addresses workforce risks. This field-oriented role requires extensive travel, strong judgment, confidentiality, and experience navigating manufacturing or similar operational environments.

Leads complex, multi-phase engineering projects from design through commissioning, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables. Builds client relationships, supports proposals and business development, mentors project teams, forecasts workloads, improves processes, and oversees financial performance. Requires strong project management expertise, client-facing experience, proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Leads enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, security operations, incident response, business continuity, identity and access management, and third-party risk. Advises executive leadership and the Audit Committee, builds the security organization, and establishes responsible AI governance, security controls, and employee education. The role requires executive communication, oversight during major incidents, and leadership of security programs in complex, regulated, or industrial environments.

Independently leads process engineering activities from concept and detailed design through commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and plant optimization. Responsibilities include equipment and piping sizing, process calculations and modeling, engineering deliverables, control philosophies, client presentations, cost estimation, schedule management, HAZOP/PHA participation, plant trials, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams across large-scale biofuel and biochemical projects, with travel averaging 30% and potentially reaching 100%.

Leads complex process engineering projects from design through startup, optimization, and closeout. Oversees process deliverables, equipment and piping selection, modeling, cost estimation, scheduling, safety analyses, plant trials, and R&D. Mentors engineers and coordinates multidisciplinary teams, clients, and third-party engineering partners. Requires extensive chemical or process engineering expertise, leadership, troubleshooting, and willingness to travel substantially, including potential shift work.

Prepares tax returns, supporting workpapers, income tax provisions, reconciliations, and tax-related financial reporting. Researches tax laws, transaction treatment, audit notices, filing requirements, and tax savings opportunities. Maintains tax compliance and accounting systems, evaluates controls, and recommends process improvements. Requires experience with federal consolidated and multistate returns, ERP systems, ASC 740, and various tax types, including property, sales and use, and motor fuel taxes.
