Leads full-cycle and strategic recruiting across multiple departments, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviews, assessments, stakeholder consulting, job description optimization, recruitment analytics, and employer branding. Partners with executives and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, mentors junior recruiting staff, and improves recruitment tools, methods, and processes in a fully remote environment.

Manages financial operations for assigned properties, including ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, rent collections, invoice and expense tracking, cash-flow monitoring, vendor payments, and property-specific financial reporting. Supports annual filings, compliance documentation, audit readiness, landlord distributions, and coordination with property management and other departments. Escalates unusual activity, cash shortages, compliance issues, and complex financial matters to finance managers.

Leads company-wide day-to-day operations, translating strategy into execution, managing managers and teams, establishing KPIs, improving processes and workflows, resolving operational issues, and driving accountability, efficiency, service quality, productivity, and profitability. Partners with leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational improvements while building scalable SOPs, reporting systems, and AI-assisted workflows.
