Lead strategic customer relationships for parcel spend management solutions, conduct business reviews, identify transportation performance improvements, and deliver measurable value through analytics and technology. Manage, coach, and develop Solutions Engineers and Analysts while partnering cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes. The role requires transportation or supply chain experience, advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities, analytical problem-solving, and familiarity with SQL, databases, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.

Leads enterprise technology platform implementations and rollouts from requirements through post-launch stabilization. Responsibilities include project planning, cross-functional coordination, vendor management, customer onboarding, data migrations, UAT, deployment readiness, training, adoption tracking, risk mitigation, and process improvement. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, customers, and external vendors while managing multiple concurrent projects.
