As a Client Success Manager, you'll manage client relationships, oversee technical project delivery, and ensure project milestones are met effectively, while using AI tools to enhance workflow and engagement.

Own end-to-end technical solutions from discovery through architecture, build, and delivery. Design and build integrations across MuleSoft and Salesforce, operate cloud infra (AWS/Azure) with IaC, work hands-on with AI agents to generate and harden code, ensure security across code, infra, and AI data flows, and lead client-facing discovery and solutioning while raising team practices.

Lead end-to-end MuleSoft API-led integration engagements for external clients: design, implement, and deploy solutions on Anypoint Platform; develop DataWeave and Mule flows; manage CI/CD and cloud-native deployments; own stakeholder relationships, scope discipline, delivery KPIs, and coach engineers while integrating AI/LLM tools into workflows.
