Develop and maintain foundry tooling, including patterns, core boxes, fixtures, and gauges, from order through delivery. Design CNC machining fixtures, interpret blueprints, support CMM inspection, generate inspection programs, conduct tooling and part measurements, and develop in-process gauging. Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and outside vendors while supporting sampling programs and ensuring customer requirements and first-pass yield targets are met.

Manages commercial activities and customer relationships for assigned accounts, including pricing, RFQs, contracts, issue resolution, account strategy, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Coordinates with engineering, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to meet deliverables and launch schedules. Supports customer concerns, analyzes competitive information, negotiates pricing and contracts, and travels to customer sites as needed.

Develops and improves CNC machining processes, including process planning, CNC programming, tooling, automation, equipment selection, production layouts, and manufacturing documentation. Oversees equipment installation, machine setup, process validation, time studies, and production launches. Leads cost reduction, quality improvement, process troubleshooting, engineering changes, and APQP activities while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
