Supervise and engage children in before- and after-school programs, support homework and enrichment activities, maintain safety and cleanliness, build relationships with children and families, and assist the Site Supervisor with discipline and program implementation.

Coordinates YMCA child care and youth programs, including daily operations, scheduling, enrollment, activity planning, compliance, records, and quality improvement. Trains and supports staff and volunteers, builds relationships with families and community partners, contributes to outreach and fundraising, and maintains program data and reports. Ensures programs meet safety, licensing, organizational, and stakeholder requirements while supporting branch goals.

Supervises children ages 5–13 in an afterschool program, plans and leads daily activities, maintains a safe and organized site, supports site assistants, manages behavior and incidents, communicates with parents and leadership, and maintains licensing and safety requirements. The position is fully on-site, Monday through Friday, and may support multiple locations.

Supervise and implement before/after school programming for children aged 5–12, ensure safety and discipline, build family relationships, maintain clean and organized spaces, communicate with SACC Coordinator, and perform daily site setup and cleanup.

Deliver on-site multi-sport classes for children, teens, and adults. Design and run age-appropriate lesson plans, teach skills, ensure safety, communicate with parents, and promote sportsmanship and inclusion.

Supervise gymnasium during evening and weekend shifts: maintain safety, mentor and engage teens and young adults, facilitate sports programming, resolve conflicts, document incidents, and uphold YMCA core values.

Supervise and safely belay climbers on the YMCA rock wall, set up and break down equipment, teach fundamentals to youth, ensure positive member experiences, and model YMCA values.

Maintain safe pool conditions through active surveillance, lifeguarding, and emergency response. Support aquatics programming, teach swim lessons, assist with staff training, perform chemical testing and equipment checks, and engage members while following YMCA policies and standards.

The Gymnastics Equipment Staff sets up and breaks down gymnastics equipment, ensures safety compliance, supports events, and maintains storage areas, embodying YMCA values.

Oversees daily operations of a school-age after-school program, supervises children and staff, plans activities, manages safety, attendance, supplies, parent communication, and licensing paperwork to ensure a safe, engaging program.

Lifeguards monitor pool safety, assist members, perform emergency procedures, conduct equipment checks, and maintain safety records. They engage with members positively and attend training.
