Teams at Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank

Provide front-line phone-based support connecting individuals to food assistance, benefits, and community resources. Screen and refer callers per protocols, complete applications and data entry, maintain confidentiality, and support team operations including clerical tasks, meetings, and occasional in-person training and staff gatherings.

Serve as primary partner liaison in Washington County to ensure compliance, provide technical and program support, conduct site visits, manage complaints and corrective actions, identify capacity-building opportunities, coordinate local initiatives, support food recovery and outreach programs, and assist with SNAP and child nutrition efforts.

Design, develop, and deliver learner-centered curricula and eLearning (Docebo) for partner staff and volunteers. Manage full course lifecycle, facilitate in-person trainings, ensure accessibility and cultural responsiveness, and evaluate course effectiveness using SCORM/xAPI and instructional design best practices.
