Provides executive leadership for enterprise marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, customer engagement, marketing technology, CRM, analytics, and growth initiatives. Leads marketing teams, budgets, vendors, campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional partnerships. Establishes performance objectives, dashboards, attribution models, and operating plans while developing organizational talent and aligning marketing with sales, service, product support, technology, and business goals.

Supports the full lifecycle of equipment sales, rentals, and leases by processing orders, invoices, credits, billing, inventory records, and financial reconciliations. Coordinates with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Service, vendors, and customers to resolve issues, maintain accurate documentation, manage lease-end activities, and ensure transaction compliance. Provides reporting, audit support, data maintenance, and general administrative coordination across enterprise systems.

Manages assigned customer accounts and territories, develops customer relationships, identifies revenue opportunities, sells equipment, parts, services, rentals, and financing solutions, and qualifies leads. Supports statewide contract and commercial bid submissions, verifies specifications, manages inventory and unit orders, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with internal sales teams. Provides personalized in-store and virtual customer experiences while promoting products and services.
