Provides daily administrative support to the Claims Department, including phone coverage, correspondence, mail handling, scanning, invoice processing, and claim setup. Processes FNOL workflows, ISO entries, legal documents, HIPAA authorization requests, medical records, policy redactions, and independent medical exam arrangements. Uses ImageRight, WINS, Microsoft applications, MCS, and OneDrive while supporting special projects and switchboard coverage.

Represent insurer clients in litigation by attending depositions, court conferences, and trials; manage pleadings and discovery; evaluate liability and damages; conduct legal research and motions; participate in special projects.

Entry-level liability claims trainee handling incoming P&C claims under supervision. Develop investigative and analytical skills, review SOPs, medical records, and contracts, participate in projects, and provide customer service. Must pass AIC 300 within 120 days.
