Provides administrative support for the Claims Department, including phone coverage, correspondence, mail processing, scanning, invoice review, FNOL claim setup, coverage confirmation, ISO entries, lawsuit processing, medical-record requests, document redaction, file sharing, and independent medical exam scheduling. Uses ImageRight, WINS, Microsoft applications, MCS, and OneDrive while supporting examiners and completing special projects.

Supports underwriters with new and renewal account preparation and servicing. Responsibilities include setting up files, reviewing applications, conducting risk research, tracking inspections, rating and issuing policies, preparing quotations and binders, and communicating with agents and internal teams. The role also provides customer service, maintains underwriting systems, and supports special projects.

Defends insureds in New York Metropolitan area litigation from inception through verdict or settlement. Responsibilities include attending court proceedings, depositions, and trials; managing pleadings and discovery; evaluating liability and damages; conducting legal research and motions; reporting to carriers; and handling cases independently. Requires recent jury trial experience with multimillion-dollar cases, strong writing and research skills, and daily travel to courts, site inspections, and depositions.
