Act as liaison between P&C claims business and IT to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter. Create user stories, FSDs, BRDs, process flows, configure ClaimCenter components, define business rules, map integrations, and lead UAT and testing with Agile teams.

Support underwriters by preparing and servicing new and renewal accounts: set up files, review applications, run risk reports, track inspections, rate and issue policies/endorsements, prepare quotes and communicate with producers and internal teams.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain agentic AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks. Implement agent workflows, RAG pipelines, vector search, and enterprise integrations. Monitor performance, enforce guardrails and safety, support Azure-based production deployments and CI/CD, and document architectures while collaborating with product, architecture, and data teams.
