Coordinates payment arrangements, loan modifications, deferments, bankruptcy litigation, repossessions, vehicle total-loss processing, and recovery activities. Generates reports, supports BSA filings, assists with fraud investigations and card disputes, and responds to credit disputes. Requires financial institution, compliance, lending, collections, or loss mitigation experience, along with customer service and strong communication skills.
