Leads the CEO’s office by managing executive scheduling, travel, communications, meetings, events, and administrative operations. Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinates governance activities, prepares board materials and minutes, tracks action items, and supports organizational initiatives. The role requires proactive stakeholder communication, project coordination, confidentiality, strong judgment, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Provides peer and recovery support to adults experiencing mental health or substance use concerns. Responsibilities include building supportive relationships, facilitating individual and group sessions, assisting with daily activities and community resources, providing transportation, supporting recovery plans and events, coordinating with care teams, and maintaining confidential documentation. The role requires compassionate communication, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices, mandated reporter duties, regular regional travel, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Provides person-centered peer support and employment-readiness coaching to individuals receiving employment services. Maintains a caseload, supports vocational goals and workplace skills, facilitates employment groups, connects participants with community resources, completes documentation, and follows recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, confidentiality, and regulatory standards. Requires lived recovery experience, peer certification, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexible availability.
