Manage a caseload of 12 families delivering twice-weekly home visits (in-person or virtual), administer ASQ assessments, record casework in DAISY, provide resources/referrals, coordinate community outreach, playgroups, and story times, and support program reporting and team meetings.

The Education Supervisor coordinates the educational activities, ensures compliance with standards, promotes staff development, and oversees school readiness for children.

Provide nutrition care to WIC participants: collect anthropometric/hematological data, perform nutrition assessments, prescribe food packages, offer counseling and education, promote breastfeeding, make referrals, enter data, and assist with staff training and quality assurance under senior supervision.

Lead all finance, accounting, and reporting for a $35M nonprofit. Oversee AP/AR, grants administration, monthly close, financial statements, internal controls, audits, budgeting, and relationships with program directors, senior leadership, and the Board. Manage and develop the finance team to support program operations and ensure compliance with GAAP and grant requirements.

Provide front-line WIC participant services: screen eligibility, verify documentation, issue benefits, schedule appointments, perform data entry, manage client flow, and refer participants to other services. Attend meetings and trainings and assist with quality assurance.

Provide strategic leadership and administrative management for all early learning programs, ensuring compliance with Head Start and DEEC regulations, overseeing budgets, program quality, staff supervision, family and community engagement, data-driven evaluation, and fiscal accountability. Lead continuous improvement, accreditation, grant applications and reporting, partnerships, and workforce development to support school readiness and child well-being.
