Develops and manages commercial lending relationships for businesses, including sourcing prospects, originating loans, analyzing creditworthiness, negotiating terms, monitoring portfolios, ensuring covenant and documentation compliance, and growing deposits and treasury relationships. Represents the credit union at community and industry events, networks with business leaders, supports collections when needed, and serves as a trusted advisor to local businesses and entrepreneurs.

Advises growers on customized agronomic products and practices that improve yields and profitability. Builds year-round customer relationships, develops new business, meets sales targets, expands product adoption, and provides technical guidance on emerging agricultural technologies. The role requires frequent customer and field travel, physical work, extended peak-season hours, and the ability to obtain a Class A CDL and Hazmat endorsement.
