Leads international business development, trade development, foreign direct investment attraction, and strategic sales and marketing programs for North and South America. Builds relationships with government, business, trade, and international organizations; coordinates inbound and outbound missions; supports policy advocacy, events, budgets, and member-company initiatives. Represents the organization at international functions and manages partnerships that promote Houston-region investment, exports, and economic growth.
