Coordinates corporate partnership development, including prospect research, outreach, pipeline reporting, CRM management, account support, stewardship, proposals, and donor communications. The role maintains HubSpot and ZoomInfo data, prepares presentations and impact materials, coordinates partnership fulfillment across departments, supports fundraising campaigns, and manages smaller corporate accounts. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel and event-related evening or weekend work.

Leads global supply chain and logistics operations for donated and procured goods. Responsibilities include demand planning, inventory management, domestic and international freight, warehouse operations, systems integration, data dashboards, compliance, financial reconciliation, partner capacity building, and team leadership. The role oversees U.S. and international logistics, customs and trade compliance, ERP and WMS optimization, SOP development, audit readiness, and strategic operational transformation.
