Leads policy strategy and advocacy on hunger, poverty, racial equity, nutrition programs, and social safety-net issues. Manages government agency relationships, monitors legislation and regulations, develops policy solutions, coordinates cross-departmental advocacy, collaborates with community and government affairs teams, builds coalitions, and represents the organization in public forums. Prepares policy briefs, testimony, and stakeholder communications while ensuring policy priorities reflect community needs.

Provide outreach, screening, and application assistance for SNAP, Medicaid, and WIC; maintain client records, track enrollments, train partners, conduct in-person and phone enrollment events, and refer neighbors to stabilizing resources.

Lead strategy and performance of the Leadership Annual Giving program ($1,000–$24,999 donors). Manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors, supervise two Relationship Managers, develop integrated multi-channel engagement with Direct Response, drive pipeline to major gifts, analyze program performance, and ensure accurate CRM documentation.
