Handles inbound customer interactions involving equipment financing accounts, collections, invoicing, taxation, agreement terms, payments, account updates, transfers, assumptions, and end-of-term options. Provides timely, accurate resolutions through professional communication, consultative problem-solving, complaint handling, and adherence to account security procedures. Coordinates workflow with teammates and supports team goals while maintaining strong customer service standards.

Leads the Portfolio Management function for an equipment financing company, overseeing customer relationships, risk mitigation, delinquency reduction, financial performance, staffing, training, succession planning, controls, and process improvement. Establishes portfolio strategies, monitors performance and risks, communicates results to senior leadership, handles escalated customer situations, develops team capabilities, and drives technology-enabled operational improvements.

Monitor and administer financing arrangements, prepare monthly reporting, coordinate warehouse, secured borrowing, and term ABS fundings, and support interest rate hedging activities. The role also assists with due diligence audits, capital markets initiatives, process improvements, lender relationships, and treasury projects. Candidates need a finance-related bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and preferably treasury or finance experience and Bloomberg Terminal knowledge.
