Manage commercial auto liability and bodily injury claims from inventory through resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating medical aspects, negotiating settlements, making independent decisions, providing customer service, and retaining and directing defense counsel. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced claims environment.

Leads QA automation initiatives by developing and maintaining automated functional, regression, API, and integration test suites for Guidewire software and mobile applications. Improves CI/CD pipelines, performs root cause analysis, drives quality improvements, collaborates with developers and product owners, and mentors junior QA engineers.
