Generate qualified pipeline for a B2B SaaS customer research platform by prospecting mid-market and enterprise accounts through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email. Book and qualify meetings, brief Account Executives, maintain accurate HubSpot records, and share insights to improve outbound messaging and channels. The role requires high-volume phone outreach, analytical thinking, coachability, self-direction, competitiveness, teamwork, and practical use of AI tools. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the US and Canada.

Build and own customer-facing product features end to end, from customer discovery and prototyping through production deployment and validation. Develop across Rails APIs, React and TypeScript frontends, AI agents, realtime voice, video, search, and analytics. Work autonomously with founders and product teammates, use AI coding tools daily, maintain production systems, make UX decisions, and take accountability for product outcomes.

Own a strategic product area from customer research and hypothesis formation through prioritization, prototyping, shipping, launch, and outcome measurement. Lead a team of 3–4 engineers, collaborate with design and other product managers, and coordinate go-to-market efforts. The role requires strong customer orientation, product analytics and technical skills, experience shipping complex B2B software, and hands-on use of AI tools and production AI features.
