Performs limited-scope diagnostic radiology procedures, including patient preparation, positioning, equipment operation, exposure adjustment, radiation protection, image processing, quality review, and preparation of images for physician interpretation. Maintains imaging records and supports American College of Radiology quality assurance requirements while complying with HIPAA, workplace health procedures, and applicable regulations.

Provides specialty ENT evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, procedures, chronic condition management, and follow-up for adult and pediatric patients. Coordinates audiology, diagnostics, referrals, external surgery, and interdisciplinary care; identifies urgent conditions and supports escalation. Maintains documentation, patient education, quality improvement, specialty workflows, credentialing, and culturally responsive care within a tribal health clinic.

Coordinates behavioral health care and connects patients with community resources such as housing, food, education, employment, life-skills services, and mental health providers. Develops and monitors treatment plans, coordinates with agencies and medical teams, documents encounters and billing, tracks outcomes, evaluates progress, and provides crisis intervention when needed. Requires cultural competency, confidentiality, flexibility, computer proficiency, and the ability to work varied schedules.
