Supports daily HR operations across employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, compensation, performance management, policy administration, compliance, reporting, and personnel records. Advises employees and managers on workplace concerns, investigates issues, facilitates corrective actions and conflict resolution, maintains HRIS data, and develops HR communications and policies. Requires cultural competency, flexibility, communication skills, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work variable schedules and travel as needed.

Clinical rotation program providing undergraduate, graduate, and professional students with hands-on learning opportunities alongside healthcare professionals. Participants develop practical clinical skills, professional knowledge, and culturally responsive healthcare experience. Eligibility requires enrollment in an accredited program, at least half-time student status, a GPA of 2.5 or higher, effective communication, technology proficiency, and an identified placement sponsor. Selected students may need background and drug screenings, immunization and health clearances, HIPAA training, orientation, and other compliance requirements.

Coordinates public health program activities, stakeholder relationships, training, reports, evaluations, promotional materials, meetings, contracts, budgets, travel logistics, inventory, and program files. Supports implementation, data collection, administrative processes, and compliance with funding agency and organizational policies.
