Clinical rotation program providing undergraduate, graduate, and professional students with hands-on learning opportunities alongside healthcare professionals. Participants develop practical clinical skills, professional knowledge, and culturally responsive healthcare experience. Eligibility requires enrollment in an accredited program, at least half-time student status, a GPA of 2.5 or higher, effective communication, technology proficiency, and an identified placement sponsor. Selected students may need background and drug screenings, immunization and health clearances, HIPAA training, orientation, and other compliance requirements.

Coordinates public health program activities, stakeholder relationships, training, reports, evaluations, promotional materials, meetings, contracts, budgets, travel logistics, inventory, and program files. Supports implementation, data collection, administrative processes, and compliance with funding agency and organizational policies.

Provides registered nurse case management for high-risk patients by assessing needs, developing care plans, coordinating referrals and transitions, monitoring outcomes, supporting self-management, documenting in the EHR, and facilitating multidisciplinary care. The role manages patient registries, collaborates with providers and insurers, supports reimbursement and quality assurance activities, provides education, and advocates for coordinated, cost-effective care across clinical and community settings.

Provides specialty ENT evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, procedures, chronic condition management, and follow-up for adult and pediatric patients. Coordinates audiology, diagnostics, referrals, external surgery, and interdisciplinary care; identifies urgent conditions and supports escalation. Maintains documentation, patient education, quality improvement, specialty workflows, credentialing, and culturally responsive care within a tribal health clinic.

Performs routine and specialized diagnostic radiology procedures, including patient preparation, positioning, image acquisition, processing, quality review, and radiation protection. Maintains imaging equipment, performs minor repairs, supports American College of Radiology quality assurance programs, schedules examinations, manages records and supplies, and prepares images for physician interpretation. Provides patient communication and support while complying with HIPAA, healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and clinical standards.

Diagnose and treat rheumatic diseases, autoimmune disorders, and musculoskeletal conditions. Conduct evaluations, interpret diagnostic results, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, perform image-guided joint injections, educate patients, coordinate interdisciplinary care, maintain electronic medical records, and participate in research and quality improvement. The role requires culturally responsive care for American Indian communities, compliance with medical standards, and current licensure and rheumatology board certification.

Provides comprehensive medical care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include patient examinations, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, referrals, preventive care, care planning, documentation, test interpretation, follow-up, patient counseling, and participation in quality improvement activities. The physician maintains accurate EHR records, complies with HIPAA and regulatory requirements, collaborates with allied health professionals, and supports clinic operations.

Provides medical oversight, direct patient care, clinical protocol development, staff supervision, quality improvement, academic partnership support, and grant-project leadership. The role maintains a patient panel while guiding physicians and other clinical professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting education and research collaborations, participating in strategic planning, and engaging community and healthcare stakeholders. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, mentoring trainees, addressing performance issues, and advancing culturally responsive care for American Indian communities.

Provides comprehensive optometry care for pediatric through geriatric patients, including eye examinations, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, contact lens and eyeglass fitting, vision therapy, low-vision rehabilitation, referrals, and patient education. Documents care in the EHR, supports quality improvement and billing compliance, coordinates with ophthalmology and community programs, and contributes to budgeting and performance reporting.

Work as a contractor for GPTLHB under a 1099 independent contractor agreement. No additional responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, travel, or clearance requirements are provided.

Performs and interprets general and specialized diagnostic imaging, including mammography, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and teleradiology studies. Provides diagnostic consultation to clinicians, evaluates patients, administers contrast and sedation when required, prepares reports, maintains medical records, and supports referrals. Serves as lead interpreting physician for the FDA-approved mammography program, participates in quality improvement and meetings, and provides medical guidance while maintaining regulatory, privacy, and cultural competency standards.

Supports legal, compliance, governance, and policy functions for a tribal health organization. Conducts research on healthcare, Federal Indian, tribal sovereignty, employment, privacy, and administrative law; assists with legal memoranda, policy and contract reviews, regulatory analysis, governance projects, and internal guidance materials. Maintains confidentiality and collaborates with legal, executive, compliance, and operational stakeholders.

Full-time radiologist performing and interpreting mammography, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other diagnostic imaging procedures. The role leads the FDA-approved mammography program, provides consultations and patient counseling, administers contrast and sedation when needed, prepares reports, uses PACS and EHR systems, supports teleradiology, participates in quality improvement, and provides medical direction and guidance to staff.
