Perform routine and moderately complex microbiological testing of food and environmental samples, including sample receiving/prep, media and reagent preparation, quality control following ISO/SOPs, lab safety compliance, and LIMS support. Maintain documentation and collaborate with the Microbiology Laboratory Manager in a fast-paced environment.

Perform routine and moderately complex microbiological testing of food and environmental samples including sample receipt, preparation, media and reagent preparation, QC organism handling, and adherence to SOPs, ISO standards, and lab safety. Support LIMS and maintain documentation while working in a fast-paced lab environment under the Microbiology Laboratory Manager.
