Lead and manage a team of senior software engineers (8+) to drive architecture, engineering practices, and product delivery. Influence solutions strategy, collaborate with product and technical leaders, perform code and documentation reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure quality, scalability, and knowledge sharing across the platform.

Manage contracts end-to-end including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewals, and closeout. Monitor milestones, obligations, and COIs; surface risks; resolve disputes and escalate to attorneys as needed. Maintain contract records, produce monthly reporting, improve processes and contract management system functionality, and support legal team workflows and operational initiatives.

Lead Great Minds' Total Rewards strategy and team, owning compensation, benefits, job architecture, executive pay, pay equity, vendor management, and analytics. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HR to design scalable, compliant reward programs, manage vendors, drive change management, and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
