Lead and manage a team of senior software engineers (8+) to drive architecture, engineering practices, and product delivery. Influence solutions strategy, collaborate with product and technical leaders, perform code and documentation reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure quality, scalability, and knowledge sharing across the platform.

Supports pre-sales strategy by delivering customized curriculum presentations, webinars, pilot trainings, and educator support. Partners with sales teams to tailor solutions to regional and district needs, address customer questions, overcome objections, and position Great Minds products against competitors. The role requires strong knowledge of educational curricula, instructional practices, and pedagogy, along with effective presentation, communication, organization, and stakeholder relationship skills. It is remote, requires frequent travel during peak sales periods, and demands a valid driver’s license and willingness to fly and drive.

Provides technical support and rostering assistance for K-12 digital products. Responsibilities include analyzing order and support-ticket data, advising school and district administrators on integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with Sales, Success, Product, and Development teams, identifying recurring errors, and creating visual trend reports to recommend improvements.
