The Project Manager supports the Enterprise PMO by coordinating cross-functional curriculum and product projects. Responsibilities include developing schedules and documentation, defining scope and requirements, managing resources, risks, changes, budgets, and timelines, and communicating with stakeholders. The role requires managing multiple projects independently while collaborating across teams in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Provides customer support for orders, shipments, and product information; manages issues through resolution across Logistics, Print Operations, Sales, and other teams. Analyzes support trends, improves processes, develops SOPs and knowledge documentation, maintains Salesforce records, and supports initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Manages the full virtual sales cycle for small education-sector accounts, including territory planning, lead follow-up, discovery meetings, presentations, renewals, pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment. Builds relationships with district decision-makers, communicates curriculum and pedagogy value, supports implementation, monitors competition, and shares account insights with leadership. The role is fully remote and serves an assigned U.S. territory.
