Creates concepts, layouts, mockups, and production-ready files while applying brand standards. Collaborates with marketing, content, creative, and project teams, manages multiple priorities, incorporates feedback, and translates complex information into clear visual storytelling.

Leads demand forecasting and planning to align inventory, production, vendors, and supply chain capacity with business needs. Analyzes historical sales, market trends, and statistical models; supports NetSuite and Anaplan implementation and transitions from legacy systems. Manages vendor performance, operational risks, cost-saving opportunities, specialized reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining accurate demand plans.

Owns operational planning and execution for physical instructional manipulatives, including demand forecasting, capacity and inventory modeling, vendor and manufacturing management, fulfillment readiness, and risk mitigation. The role monitors inventory health, manages safety stock and obsolescence, develops reporting dashboards, coordinates RFP/RFQ processes, resolves fulfillment issues, and drives process improvements while partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and external vendors.
