Lead Policy Analyst will own Great Minds’ K-12 policy intelligence work, tracking federal, state, and local legislation and interpreting emerging trends. The role leads research projects, synthesizes quantitative and qualitative findings, develops strategic recommendations, prepares briefings, and supports policy engagement with stakeholders and policymakers. This remote position requires independent judgment, strong research and communication skills, and deep familiarity with state and local policy processes.

Leads enterprise analytics initiatives from problem framing through delivery, partnering with senior stakeholders to create actionable insights. Designs semantic models, metric layers, reporting frameworks, and enterprise dashboards integrating CRM, ERP, marketing, and other data sources. Establishes analytics standards, validation practices, documentation, and governance while mentoring analysts and enabling self-service users. The role requires advanced cloud data warehouse, Python, data modeling, software engineering, and stakeholder communication skills.

Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise education accounts across a designated California territory. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, managing pipelines and forecasts, engaging district stakeholders, delivering sales presentations, supporting pilots and implementations, collaborating cross-functionally, and meeting sales targets. The role requires frequent district visits, regional event participation, and travel up to 80% by car and air.
