Provide administrative and clerical support to senior leadership and the Board, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports and materials, manage records and minutes, handle correspondence, assist with contracts and reimbursements, serve as receptionist backup, and perform other duties while maintaining confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.

Provides accounting department support including data entry of payables and receipts, check processing, vendor record maintenance, monthly reconciliations, invoice and voucher preparation, fixed asset tracking, and general office support. Assists accountants with program accountability and performs other duties as assigned. On-site in Lac du Flambeau, WI.
