Lead complex implementation projects across M&A, private asset onboarding, and technology integrations. Responsibilities include project planning, scope and resource management, risk mitigation, data migration, systems implementation, vendor coordination, UAT, go-live planning, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and post-close stabilization. The role partners with legal, compliance, operations, technology, clients, and external partners while managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

Develop and maintain scalable frontend solutions using JavaScript, Angular, and React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture, conduct code reviews, uphold security and performance standards, and support cloud-based platforms. Diagnose technical issues, improve system reliability, mentor teammates, and promote DevOps, continuous delivery, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

Supports senior relationship managers serving institutional asset manager and consultant clients. Develops client profiles, dashboards, reporting, quarterly business review materials, and analysis of sales activity, fund flows, market trends, and partnership health. Tracks pipeline priorities and follow-through, supports client communications, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and translates reporting needs into CRM and technology enhancements. The role also contributes to process improvements, data quality, business planning, and internal team coordination.
