Temporary, part-time extern supporting Legal and Compliance teams during the Spring 2027 semester. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, revising, proofreading, organizing, and tracking governance and legal documents for collective investment funds; assisting with compliance projects; and collaborating with attorneys and business partners. The role is unpaid, requires academic credit, and offers exposure to fiduciary, regulatory, governance, and investment-management matters.

Leads day-to-day platform data operations, including partner file ingestion, PAL data integration, fund mapping, secure transfers, validation, quality metrics, issue resolution, and audit controls. Manages and develops the data operations team while driving automation, workflow improvement, documentation, and migration from legacy architecture. Partners with Product and Engineering, recordkeepers, advisors, and clients to improve data accuracy, scalability, security, and service delivery.

Designs, builds, and maintains automated test suites; integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines; develops testing strategies; performs functional, performance, load, security, and manual testing; troubleshoots defects; and collaborates with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
