Manages and grows a portfolio of high-value institutional consultant and asset manager relationships within the company’s collective investment trust business. Serves as the primary client contact, develops account plans, leads strategic reviews, builds executive relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, monitors account health, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions. The role requires expertise in defined contribution plans, institutional investments, consultant and asset manager networks, and senior stakeholder engagement, with national travel as needed.

Lead investment oversight for 600+ Collective Investment Funds and 70+ sub-advisors. Evaluate new CIT products and managers, maintain IPS and monitoring processes, present recommendations to governance committees, conduct due diligence, mentor staff, and support ERISA fiduciary decision-making and risk controls.

Own product strategy and roadmap for a retirement investment ecosystem segment while leading a product sub-team and executing strategic initiatives hands-on. Responsibilities include shaping data and integration solutions, managing external partnerships, improving data quality, defining success metrics, guiding engineering and design collaboration, and representing product strategy to executives and partners. The role requires strong product leadership, technical fluency in APIs and data systems, metrics-driven decision-making, and retirement or wealth management industry familiarity.
