The Senior Implementation Solutions Consultant coordinates resources, manages events, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures project completion in the retirement services sector.

Serve as a core investment team member supporting portfolio management, manager research, private markets evaluation, client-facing content, reporting, and rebalancing. Lead complex multi-tab Excel modeling, maintain data integrity across reporting platforms, support discretionary oversight and trade coordination, and collaborate cross-functionally on investment projects and client deliverables.

Support end-to-end administration of fund lifecycle events (conversions, launches, fee classes, subadvisor changes, closures). Track asset transfers, maintain fund data accuracy across internal and external systems, prepare governance and legal materials, update project tracking (e.g., Jira), communicate with cross-functional teams, and escalate risks to senior staff. Focus on detail-oriented operational execution within the CIT and retirement services environment.
