Teams at Great Escapes RV Resorts

Welcomes and assists RV park guests, manages reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, processes payments, maintains guest records, assigns sites, and provides resort and local information. The role answers inquiries, resolves concerns, coordinates guest needs with maintenance and housekeeping teams, and maintains an organized front desk. Weekend, holiday, and peak-season availability is required.

Performs maintenance and groundskeeping for an RV resort, including mowing, weeding, recreation facility and equipment upkeep, campsite preparation, trash removal, planned maintenance, and pool chemical balancing. Requires guest relations, weekend and holiday availability, physical stamina, and the ability to work outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, and use common tools while understanding basic electrical and hydraulic systems.

Maintains the RV resort’s grounds, facilities, recreation equipment, campsites, and equipment. Duties include mowing, weed removal, trash removal, campsite preparation, basic electrical and hydraulic maintenance, planned maintenance activities, and pool chemical balancing. The role requires guest relations, weekend and holiday availability, physical strength, outdoor work, and occasional overtime.
