Teams at Great Escapes RV Resorts

Welcomes and assists RV park guests, manages reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, processes payments, maintains guest records, assigns sites, and provides resort and local information. The role answers inquiries, resolves concerns, coordinates guest needs with maintenance and housekeeping teams, and maintains an organized front desk. Weekend, holiday, and peak-season availability is required.

Maintains the RV resort’s facilities, recreation equipment, grounds, campsites, and overall appearance. Duties include mowing, weeding, trash removal, campsite preparation, equipment inspections, planned maintenance, and learning pool chemical balancing. The role requires physical outdoor work, weekend and holiday availability, guest relations skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Provides front-desk support at an RV resort, including guest check-in and check-out, reservation updates, phone and face-to-face assistance, resort information, cash handling, and monitoring store guests. Maintains calm during stressful situations, follows emergency procedures and company policies, and supports cleaning duties. Requires strong communication, computer skills, multitasking ability, weekend availability, and enthusiasm for guest service.
