Teams at Great Day Improvements

Represents Patio Enclosures and related home improvement brands at trade shows, fairs, festivals, conferences, and community events. Engages prospective customers, demonstrates products, generates leads, schedules inspections and estimates, and transports and sets up displays. The role requires energetic customer communication, independent work, weekend availability, local travel, occasional door-to-door marketing, and flexibility to work indoors or outdoors.

Conduct in-home sales presentations for sunrooms and home improvement products using provided leads. Build customer trust, assess needs, explain product and financing options, negotiate, and close sales. Manage appointments and follow-up activities while meeting sales goals. Participate in training and coaching, maintain product knowledge, and travel within the assigned territory to meet customers. The role offers paid training, benefits, and uncapped earning potential.

Provides on-site customer support for installation and warranty services by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, updating customers, maintaining CRM records, auditing orders, processing payments, preparing reports, supporting collections, and coordinating service documentation.
