Provides legal and administrative support for a multi-state franchise system. Responsibilities include preparing and managing franchise agreements, FDDs, amendments, renewals, transfers, and terminations; coordinating state registrations and regulatory filings; tracking contractual and compliance deadlines; maintaining legal records; supporting transactions, disputes, audits, and research; and partnering with internal teams and outside counsel on franchise matters.

Processes and codes vendor invoices, supports payment runs, maintains vendor records, reconciles statements, resolves discrepancies, and assists with month-end close. The role ensures accurate documentation, financial controls, timely payments, and effective communication with vendors and internal teams while identifying process improvements.

Leads franchise growth strategy and manages the full franchise development pipeline, from prospecting and candidate qualification through negotiation, agreement execution, and onboarding. Oversees franchise sales, deal structuring, market strategy, franchisee relationships, compliance, and development KPIs. Partners with Legal, Finance, Real Estate, Operations, and Marketing to expand the brand sustainably while protecting unit economics, brand standards, and system health.
