Provides legal and administrative support for a multi-state franchise system. Responsibilities include preparing and managing franchise agreements, FDD updates, state registrations, renewals, transfers, amendments, defaults, and terminations. Maintains legal records, calendars, contract repositories, and compliance trackers while coordinating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel. Supports franchise transactions, legal research, audits, regulatory inquiries, disputes, and process improvements.

Lead design and delivery of onboarding, technical certification, leadership development, and franchise-facing training across corporate and franchise locations. Manage LMS strategy, measure training KPIs, run budget/vendor relationships, build a team of trainers and instructional designers, and travel to support site visits, workshops, and conventions to ensure consistent brand, safety, and service standards.

Lead and partner with franchise owners to drive operational excellence, profitability, and brand consistency across multi-unit locations. Conduct business reviews, develop improvement plans, coach leadership, support new openings, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve KPIs, customer experience, and long-term franchise growth.
