Oversees process improvement, operational reporting, systems and tool implementation, change management, KPI development, and cross-functional initiatives from design through sustained field adoption. Advises executive leadership, develops scalable operating practices, drives continuous improvement, and builds a high-performing Operations Excellence team. Requires extensive operations leadership, analytics, transformation, and distributed field-organization experience, with up to 50% travel.

Supports a portfolio of 30–50 automotive franchise locations through operational coaching, training, compliance reviews, business planning, financial analysis, and strategic guidance. Partners with franchise owners and internal teams to improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, execution, and growth. Identifies expansion opportunities, monitors performance indicators, resolves operational challenges, and conducts onsite visits across assigned markets. Requires extensive travel and strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
