Responsibilities include complex diary and meeting management, travel coordination, board meeting preparation, minutes, presentations, expenses, hospitality arrangements, communications, and confidential information handling. The role requires proactive prioritization, discretion, strong stakeholder relationships, excellent organization, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Manage client accounts, build trusted relationships, and deliver PR and communications campaigns. Identify media opportunities, maintain journalist relationships, and write press releases, pitches, briefings, opinion pieces, and other content. Analyze research, surveys, and data to develop insights, manage projects and timelines, contribute to new business, use AI tools effectively, and support junior colleagues.

Support a PR/communications team with media monitoring and reporting, research and new business proposals, on-site event support, campaign ideation, and creation/editing of communication materials, plus various ad hoc tasks.
