Graduate Electrical Project Engineer supporting grid metering projects through planning, documentation, reporting, technical coordination, testing, installation, commissioning, risk management, and compliance activities. The role is full-time and site-based, with structured training, industry accreditations, client-facing delivery, and progression toward Electrical Project Manager in grid metering and renewable energy.

Project Managers will support complex transformation programmes for major UK and international organisations. Responsibilities include tracking workstreams, managing risks and issues, preparing executive reporting, briefing senior stakeholders, establishing governance cadences, escalating impacts, and improving delivery processes. Candidates need proven project management experience in fast-paced change environments, strong stakeholder and communication skills, attention to detail, ownership, and expertise in planning, RAID, governance, and progress tracking.

Analyze data, identify trends, create reports and dashboards, support data governance and quality, gather business requirements, improve processes, and contribute to change and transformation initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills while working on high-profile client projects and potentially working on-site up to five days per week.
