Learn Graybar’s electrical distribution business and sales process through formal training and hands-on rotations. Develop product knowledge across electrical, communications, and security equipment while gaining exposure to sales, logistics, customer service, transactional, and project processes before transitioning into a sales role.

Coordinates large customer project orders from entry through delivery, serving as the liaison among customers, vendors, and suppliers. Responsibilities include preparing material submittals, processing returns and credits, providing project reporting, coordinating on-time deliveries, and handling job lot billing and invoices. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service skills, SAP and Microsoft Office experience, and at least a high school education.
