The Sales Trainee will learn Graybar's sales and distribution processes, develop product knowledge, and rotate through various business areas to prepare for a sales role.

Develop and maintain customer relationships to sell company electrical products via in-person visits. Meet gross margin targets, handle complaints, track market conditions, execute sales/merchandise programs, maintain records, assist collections, attend trade shows/training, and demonstrate products. Role requires extensive travel and use of a personal vehicle.

Entry-level trainee role developing finance skills across the electrical distribution business. Responsibilities include customer evaluation, account management and collections, participating in training and improvement initiatives, supporting special projects, and gaining proficiency in assigned specialty areas.
