Paid 10-week, 25-hours/week immersive media training program where interns perform real producer, MMJ, weather, or sales work, create digital content for broadcast and social platforms, collaborate with experienced staff, build a professional portfolio, and compete for full-time roles across Gray Media stations.

Produce and update newscasts and digital content: write for web and broadcast, edit video, create graphics and lower thirds, collaborate with anchors, directors and digital team, and respond to breaking news and extreme weather coverage.
