Support and scale HR operations for ~70 employees in Vietnam. Provide HR advisory, manage end-to-end people operations, ensure local employment law compliance, localise global policies, translate communications, partner with global People team, and support due diligence and stakeholder collaboration to build a scalable People function.

Manage multiple marketing projects end-to-end: planning, resourcing, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, reporting, and cross-functional team collaboration to deliver projects on time, scope, and budget.

Edit and deliver video content across formats (long-form, social, brand films), manage full post-production workflow, apply motion graphics, collaborate with creative teams and clients, maintain quality standards and organised assets, and identify workflow improvements.
