Teams at Gravitics

Design and implement tooling, fixtures, jigs, and assembly aids for large aerospace structures and spacecraft subsystems. Create detailed drawings using GD&T and tolerance stack-ups, perform hand calculations and finite element analysis, and support welding, machining, testing, and precision assembly. Own tooling schedules and budgets, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing, write work instructions, and disposition non-conformances. The role also supports aerospace quality, metrology, structural testing, and production implementation.

Lead spacecraft cargo integration from vehicle layout through mission operations. Own cargo architecture, packaging, mechanical interfaces, secondary structures, structural analysis, detailed design, testing, manufacturing, vehicle integration, and mission support. Coordinate across configuration, structures, avionics, thermal, manufacturing, and operations teams while leading a small engineering team. Develop hardware drawings, verification plans, supplier deliverables, and resolve production and integration issues.

Leads technical execution for major aerospace hardware programs from concept through flight. Oversees multidisciplinary engineering teams spanning structures, mechanisms, propulsion, avionics, and flight software; sets technical strategy; establishes engineering processes; manages cost, schedule, risk, quality, and technical performance; and partners with manufacturing, testing, quality, customers, executives, and government stakeholders. Recruits and develops engineering talent while advancing the organization from prototype development to flight-qualified, repeatable hardware.
