Build and run the company IT function: design roadmap and documentation, administer office and test-site networks, manage hardware lifecycle and procurement, administer Google Workspace and SaaS, manage VPN and AWS cloud resources, own backups/recovery and vendor/contracts, provide end-user support and provisioning, and coordinate IT security and compliance with platform and cybersecurity teams.

Design, test, benchmark, and deploy machine learning models for autonomous heavy machinery. Conduct ablation studies, define metrics and validation methods, explore anomaly detection, and collaborate to improve ML pipeline reliability and scalability.

Develop data-driven planning and control systems for autonomous excavators, reduce sim2real gaps, integrate learned components into production stacks, define data pipelines, run experiments, and mentor junior team members while collaborating across engineering teams.
