Teams at Gravis Robotics

Develop and deploy autonomous construction robots across AI-based control, perception, navigation planning, machine controllers, and behavior development. Interns will work at the intersection of robotics hardware and software, contributing to applied autonomy systems for excavators and wheel loaders. Responsibilities may include setting up and deploying software on autonomous systems and collaborating in small, self-directed teams.

Own the embedded Linux platform for autonomous construction machinery, including bootloader, kernel, device tree, root filesystem, hardware bring-up, drivers, OTA updates, CI/CD, recovery, and security hardening. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, autonomy, and perception teams to diagnose field failures and deliver reliable platforms for global machine fleets.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs spanning software releases, hardware integration, and field validation. Develop roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and reporting; coordinate cross-functional engineering, field, commercial, and external partner teams; manage software integration testing and staged deployments; resolve blockers; and translate field feedback into engineering actions.
