Provide end-to-end HR administration for Austrian employees, prepare contracts and amendments, coordinate payroll with external provider, manage benefits and leave, maintain BambooHR data, ensure compliance with Austrian labour law and social security, and support employee relations and HR process improvements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of software and AI projects: define objectives, plans, budgets and milestones; coordinate cross-functional distributed teams; monitor performance, risks, and finances; manage stakeholder communication and project handover; and improve project management practices.

Design and implement GraphRAG pipelines, build scalable data ingestion and enrichment pipelines, integrate LLMs and embedding models into production, orchestrate workflows (n8n), build APIs, optimize retrieval/indexing performance, ensure reliability and scalability, and collaborate with product, data, research, and customer teams.
